Questions people ask first

Who is eligible to join?

Membership is open to practising psychiatrists and psychologists. We verify your qualification and professional registration before confirming membership.

What does membership cost?

₹12,000 a year, or ₹10,000 during October 2026. AIIMS alumni pay ₹6,000 (50% off), subject to verification. There is nothing to pay to apply: once your application is approved, we send a payment link on WhatsApp and email.

Are there platform charges per consultation?

None for your own patients who reach you through your QR code. For patients sourced through Never Alone, psychiatrists pay ₹100 per consultation and ₹50 per follow-up, and psychologists pay 10% of the fee.

How often are sessions held?

One expert masterclass each month, a moderated case conference and a practice-skills workshop each quarter, ongoing access to the peer community and resource library, and an annual member summit.

Do I see patients through Never Alone?

Yes. You get your own WhatsApp QR code for your existing patients, and you can opt in to be considered for suitable platform referrals. Membership does not guarantee a minimum number of referrals.

How is patient confidentiality handled in case discussions?

Cases must be fully de-identified before they are presented, and discussions are closed to members only. Nothing shared in a session may be recorded, quoted or circulated outside it.

Can I leave, and what happens to my details?

You can end your membership at any time and ask us to delete the details you submitted. We handle and retain your data in line with our data-protection practices.
